CELTIC MONTHS
January -
February, or Feabhra, the Lady of Fire and Sunlight, in Irish is upon us.
March is An-Marta in Irish, an-Mart for Scottish, and Mawrth for our Welsh Clanspeople. March, traditionally is for Dragons, with a red dragon for Celts, and a white one for English.
April -
May in Irish is, An Bhealtaine, and it is fast upon us, as is the flowering of spring and as was the Irish army of the O'Neill, in defeating Cromwell's forces in 1650, at the battle of Clonmel.

December 31st was Hogmanay. It was traditionally celebrated more by the Scottish Celts, than by the Irish. Hogmanay was a day for cakes and oatmeal during the celebration.
